We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view was breathtaking, with mountains surrounding us and a beautiful area of New Hampshire outside. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were able to park our car easily and conveniently. The location was perfect, as we were just a short drive away from a store down the road and the stunning Franconia Notch State Park. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. But the highlight for us was definitely the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.
Nothing all good.

The staff was very accommodating. Our king size room was lovely and had spectacular views of the mountains. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home!
The breakfast wait staff seemed to be in transition (summer to fall) and the new staff was trying very hard to get up and running well. This caused some minor delays in the service.m

I found the location and views outstanding. The breakfast that came with the stay was wonderful. We did not have dinner at the restaurant, which I did hear was excellent, so we were sorry we missed it. The setting of the inn is unmatched and I found Sugar Hill a place I will want to return.
The inn could use a spruce-up, though part of its charm is its age.

Excellent view of mountains Good restaurant for dinner
The whole hotel is in need of rennovation Our bedroom was opressively decorated in an eccentric style Bathroom small and in need of modernisation Didn't match up to description on website At breakfast we were asked to fill in a written questionnaire for the inn keeper, rather than submitting an online review

Stunning View and Delicious Cuisine Spent Christmas at a countryside inn with a breathtaking view and delicious food. the location was perfect, situated in the middle of an amazing landscape and with convenient nearby points of interest. the staff was attentive and friendly. the inn offered a signature dinner, which was an amazing six-course meal. the breakfast was also excellent.
Room Needs Improvement the room was in need of some renovation and could have been cleaner. the linens were not as fresh as expected and the bathroom was quite small.

Great Christmas experience! Loved the cozy atmosphere and the amazing holiday dinner. The views of the mountains were breathtaking and the rooms were spacious.
Some of the rooms were not up to par. Peeling wallpaper and a musty smell were present in one of the pricier rooms.

I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel on a hilltop with breathtaking scenery in the northeastern region. The location was perfect for exploring the attractions of the white mountains, and the views were simply stunning. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was top-notch, and they even took our reservation in an extremely efficient manner. The room amenities were impressive, with a well-equipped ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely patio to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.
This venue is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful location. From the stunning views to the exceptional service and amenities, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
